Frequently Asked Questions

Collagen is the most abundant structural protein in the human body. In its hydrolysed form, it is broken down into low-molecular-weight peptides, making it soluble at room temperature and easy to mix into a drink.
10 g of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides. Nothing else: no sugar, no flavourings, no sweeteners. The 350 g tub contains 35 servings, which is just under a month’s supply.
No. Our peptides are of bovine origin, so this product is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Furthermore, there is no such thing as plant-based collagen: products marketed as such are blends of nutrients designed to support natural synthesis, not collagen.
Mix 10 g, or approximately one tablespoon, into a hot or cold drink — water, coffee, tea, a smoothie or juice. Stir until completely dissolved. Take once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of young children.
