Shilajit is a resinous substance that oozes from rocks in high mountain ranges, formed over centuries from plant matter. It is rich in fulvic acid and contains numerous trace minerals. It has long been used in traditional Indian medicine.
500 mg of purified Shilajit extract, in a vegetable-based capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), with an anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). The bottle contains 60 capsules, with a net weight of 54 g.
